Diagnostic Doc is a free medical information service with access to a public bulletin board and links to the latest medical news.  It contains accurate and reliable information about health issues and  illnesses for medical professionals, students, and lay people.  In addition, medical doctors can receive continued education credits (CMEs) by either studying the available material on-line, or by contributing to the content.

A special feature is an artificial intelligence Java applet that links to a database.  It allows the user to enter symptoms and signs of a disease.  The applet will then suggest probable and possible diagnoses.
