Neptune, the outermost of the Gas Giants, is the coldest planet in our Solar System!

 

The most well-known feature of Neptune is its Great Dark Spot (left). Neptune also has streaks of white cirrus-like clouds streaking across its cloud deck (right).

 

Above is a photograph of Neptune's largest moon, Triton. Scientists believe Triton's pink color comes from evaporating nitrogen ice.
